This training will equip you with the knowledge, skills and confidence to recognise, understand and respond to an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander adults, experiencing a mental health problem or mental health crisis.
You will:
•Learn to recognise the signs and symptoms of mental health problems
•Learn to provide assistance and where to refer to for help
•Complete a short assessment to become an Accredited Mental Health First Aider (MHFAider)

Eligibility: First Nations peoples aged 18+ who live, work, or study in Hume City
