Birds of Hume talk and walk

Join us for an exciting and free event during school holidays where you can learn all about the diverse birdlife in the Hume region! Get a free hard copy of the Birds of Hume field guide, or download a digital version at Discover Nature in Hume.

Hume City Council's Urban Biodiversity Officer will kick things off with an engaging talk about the various bird species that call this area home. Learn how to identify birds and attract them to our gardens. Afterward, we'll head out on a guided walk to spot some birds in the nearby park, with some binoculars to try out. Give your children a life-long interest in birds. Don't miss this opportunity to connect with nature and discover the avian wonders of Hume!
