Tiny House + Tiny Garden = Big Living!
This workshop, brought to you by Sustainable Gardening Australia (SGA), will equip participants with the tools and inspiration needed to cultivate thriving green spaces in the smallest of settings. Learn clever design principles and innovative solutions to garden in small gardens, courtyards and balconies.
Join Charlotte from SGA who will teach you how to unlock the potential of your space and cultivate a sanctuary that nourishes both body and soul! Topics covered include maximising space to grow vegetables, creating refuges for local wildlife, waterwise gardening and composting food waste.
Why Attend?
We want to show you that we are listening. During a recent Food Forum, we discovered that you want more education about healthy food choices and fair access to nutritious food sources. We also know that the cost of living is putting significant strain on many across our community and through the Let's Grow Hume project, we want to help you to keep healthy food on your plate at home, despite increased costs of fresh, healthy food from the shops. Previously you've told us that these type of programs help you feel connected and engaged with your community, and you enjoy meeting like-minded people.

Guardians are encouraged to bring children, please make sure you register each individual who will be attending. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
