Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Short Course

This one-day Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Short Course is part of headspace Craigieburn's Quickstart Program, which was designed to equip young people aged 14–25 with the necessary skills for entering the workforce or pursuing further studies. We also are offering short courses for Food Handlers, White Card, and RF Scanning and Voice-to-Pick.
RSA certification is mandatory for licensees and hospitality staff who are in positions of offering, selling or serving liquor in any environment. Our RSA course provides the skills and knowledge required to work safely and confidently, providing both theoretical and practical training.
In this RSA course by CTA, you will learn how to:
- Understand your obligations under the law
- Identify customers who may need to be refused service of alcohol
- Responsibly assist customers to drink within appropriate limits
- Assist alcohol-affected customers
