Tables and chairs are provided for each bookable space. They are kept in the store room, and can be set up to suit your requirements, whether you are hosting a meeting, class or function.

The trestle tables are rectangular in shape, and are 1.82m x 0.74m in size. For exact quantities please contact the bookings team.

Kitchen

This facility has a commercial kitchen with the following features:

• Gas oven and cooktop

• Single door fridge/freezer
• Stainless steel benchtops

• Servery window to Supper room
• Loading bay access

Heating/Cooling

The Main hall has centrally controlled heating and cooling as well as ceiling fans. The Supper room is heated by wall bank heaters. The kitchen has a reverse cycle split system.

On street parking is available in abundance at Sunbury Memorial Hall, with Accessible parking spaces available at the front of the building. 

Yes, this venue is fully accessibility friendly. 

Yes, you can absolutely have a band or DJ play at your event. You are also welcome to entertain your guests by setting up your own speakers and playing your favourite playlist. 

However, please be mindful that this facility is located in a residential area and amplified music is therefore not permitted.

The Sunbury Memorial Hall is a blank canvas that you can make your own by decorating the facility to suit your event or theme.

Permitted decorations include anything that is not fixed to the walls and will not damage the facility including: table decorations such as weighted balloon displays, flower arrangements, and any other items that can be affixed using non-marking adhesive such as blue tac. 

Smoke machines, confetti cannons, candles, un-weighted helium balloons, and flammable materials such as hay bales are not permitted.

Absolutely – Sunbury Memorial Hall is the perfect place to have a jumping castle or animal farm. The Village Green can be utilised for your set up, with street access to the rear of the facility also available for ease of access.
