A new customer portal is coming soon to help improve your experience with Council when you:
- Make a payment
- Submit an enquiry
- Update your contact information
- Report an issue
The portal will replace Hume City Council’s mobile app which will be decommissioned on 8 April 2022.
During the interim period, before the portal is launched in the coming months, you can log any requests that you previously submitted through the app online or by contacting Customer Service.
