For a club to be eligible for an allocation to utilise a Council reserve or facility, the applicant must:
- Be legally incorporated and not-for-profit.
- Have no outstanding debt with Council or a State Sporting Association.
- Have an elected committee.
- Have the majority of registered club members residing within Hume City.
- Have current public liability insurance.
- Not include references to the names of towns, suburbs, municipalities, cities or countries other than within Hume City in their club name.
