Uniting Vic Tas is the Communities for Children (CfC) Program Facilitating Partner in the City of Hume with funding from the Federal Government, Department of Social Services.
CfC Hume uses a localised approach that uses strength based practices to promote the health and wellbeing of families with children 0-12 years old. It also fosters a strong, child-friendly community. CfC Hume realises these by partnering with other community service organisations and enhancing capabilities with local service systems.
