Request a copy of a rates notice or tip pass

To protect your privacy, we cannot send a copy of a rates notice to anyone other than who it was sent to originally. If this needs to change, the property owner can update these details online.

Printed tip passes are no longer required

Tip passes have been replaced by flexible waste vouchers. To use your waste vouchers when you visit a Resource Recovery Centre, simply show proof of Hume residency at the gatehouse (e.g. your driver's licence). You can also use your waste vouchers to book hard waste and bundled branch collections. Find out more about your waste vouchers here.

Unused tip passes for the 2023-24 financial year are still valid until 30 September 2024.
