Amazing local Hume performers will join our MC Natalie Bassingthwaighte and Elmo and Friends on stage at Carols by Candlelight on Saturday 2 December! There will also be performances from local schools and groups. 

AYDAN

Still only 23 years of age, reality television alumni AYDAN has already had appearances on many iconic Australian TV shows including Young Talent Time, Eurovision Australia Decides and Australia’s Got Talent having kicked started his television career at the ripe old age of 10 - but it was AYDAN’s impressive performances on The Voice in 2018 that had the coaches marvelling at his voice and performance skills.

AYDAN won over judges and fans from the start of the season with electric performances week after week - delivering flawless vocals and tight dance routines which received a huge response from young fans across the country. AYDAN was a member of Team Jonas and Joe continues to be a mentor and supporter of his career, describing him as “a ready made pop star”, and collaborating with him on future projects.

AYDAN’s most recent singles ‘Me, You & Tequila’ featuring Tiger Lily and ‘Everything To Me’, released through Universal Music, have had chart success and have been played nationally over many hit radio stations. 2024 is going to be an even bigger year for AYDAN as he gets ready to release new music INDEPENDENTLY!! AYDAN’S work ethic, drive and talent continue to impress and he continues to win fans and hearts across the world

Gabrielle Sparnon

Gabrielle is a Hume based singer who has been performing and training since age four.

Throughout her 20-year long career she has provided entertainment for the corporate world, including Sony Music Australia alongside singers such as Guy Sebastian, Jessica Mauboy and Cyrus. In 2020, Gabrielle acquired the Bachelor of Musical Theatre Degree at Federation University Arts Academy, where she had the privilege of working with Director, Alister Smith on ‘A Chorus Line’ the Musical, amongst many other reputable Directors.

Gabrielle's love of performing was formed by watching Musical Theatre as a child and finding herself transported away from reality and immersed in endless possibilities that only music could provide.

Divine Divas

Founded in 2006 by renowned choral director, educator and entertainer Adam Przewlocki, the DIVINE DIVAS SHOW CHOIR has established itself as one of Australia's leading female pop choirs. In 2008 the choir featured on Channel 7's 'Battle of the Choirs' and in 2012 were Semi Finalists in Australia's Got talent.

In 2010 the Divas were silver medal winners in the World Choir games in China and in 2016 became the first ever unauditioned community choir to take out top honours at the Australian National Eisteddfod in Canberra by winning the prestigious Australian Choral Challenge. The Divas were the first ever choir to perform in the Dame Phyllis Frost Correctional Centre for women. During the choir's 17 years it has performed in countless community events throughout Victoria.

Founded in 2021 by renowned choral director, educator and entertainer Adam Przewlocki, RAINBOW VOICES in the macedon Ranges' first ever LGBTQIA+ and Allies community choir. In it's relatively short life the choir has quickly established itself as a major force on the choral scene in Victoria. Performances have included 'Birds of a Feather' with Judy Small, Melbourne Town Hall for LGBTQIA+ Seniors Week, numerous community events throughout Victoria, Murtoa Stick Shed and Choral Festival and many public concert events.

Rance Lazarus

Hailing from Melbourne, Victoria, singer-songwriter Rance Lazarus combines a fusion of pop, soul, blues, rock, and country, creating a genre-defying sound. Influenced by icons like John Mayer, Keith Urban, Coldplay, and Ed Sheeran, Lazarus weaves heartfelt lyrics and soulful melodies into his music.

Freddie Gibson

Freddie is a talented and passionate 17-year-old from Melbourne with an incredible love for music. He is a versatile musician with a diverse repertoire that spans across various genres. Freddie started playing the guitar from a young age and quickly developed a natural talent as well as discovering he has the gift of perfect pitch.

His curiosity led him to explore other instruments such as piano and drums, making him a proficient multi-instrumentalist. Freddie's diverse music repertoire is a testament to his appreciation for all genres of music. He finds inspiration in the melodies of older greats such as The Beatles and The Beach Boys through to modern artists, Ed Sheeran and Lewis Capaldi. 

In addition to his instrumental skills, Freddie possesses a remarkable singing voice. He has been honing his vocal abilities by participating in open mic nights and local community events. His ability to adapt to different musical styles and genres allows him to deliver captivating performances to any audience.
