We've built the Greenvale West Community Centre to bring together essential services for our community.
What we've done
Located on the corner of Blossom Drive and Ventura Way, the Greenvale West Community Centre supports a broad range of community services and interests through a variety of spaces including:
- 3 preschool rooms, creating an additional 198 preschool places
- 2 Maternal and Child Health (MCH) rooms
- 2 specialist consulting rooms, for specialist services including early intervention, early years/family services and other visiting specialist services
- 2 multi-purpose activity rooms for meetings, social and community gatherings, playgroups etc.
- 1 training/meeting room
- kitchen
- reception area
- 46 on site car parking spaces - including 2 accessible car parking spaces
Why we've done it
The new community centre makes a significant contribution to the development of a larger community activity precinct in Greenvale West. The precinct includes parkland, recreational areas and the Keelonith Primary School.

This project was supported by the Department of Education and Training. It was proudly delivered in partnership with Perkins Architects and DURA Constructions Pty Ltd.
