What we’re doing:

We are working on improvements to Lawson Street Reserve in Sunbury, including the following:

• New play equipment including multi-age combination unit, swing set, two seat rocker and a mini car.
• Improved paths and connections across the reserve.
• New park bench seat, picnic setting and shelter.
• Improved landscaping.

Why we’re doing it:

This project is an important upgrade in improving facilitation of activities in a safe and inclusive environment, while reflecting the diversity of the community.

When will these works start and complete:

These works are expected to commence by late February/early March and to be completed by July 2025, weather permitting.
