Friends of Aileu Community Committee

The Friends of Aileu Community Committee, a joint working group of Merri-bek City Council and Hume City Council, helps inform the two councils regarding the friendship relationship by providing opportunities for community input and through regular feedback.

The committee also collaborates closely with partner organisations and community members in Merri-bek and Hume to organize fundraising and awareness-raising activities. Our focus is on supporting various projects and initiatives in Aileu.

Regular bi-monthly meetings are held, with scheduled dates and agendas circulated at least one week in advance.
